The Diversity Practice is an international, award-winning diversity-led management consultancy with the aim to develop and deliver inclusion through better leadership.

A strategy was needed to raise awareness of how The Diversity Practice can help global corporations, public sector, and community organisations to successfully shift existing mindsets towards progress.

The Stellar Strategy

Our team identified that they key message would be around the idea of how to create the right environment and conditions to bridge boundaries and embrace differences.

We therefore focused on driving a campaign to demonstrate how real diversity and inclusion releases unlimited possibilities for leaders, teams, organisations. and communities.  

Stellar PR, in partnership with Bloomberg, invited the UK’s leading broadcast, print and online media to the launch of the Different Women, Different Places study. This was a groundbreaking comparative study of the working lives and experiences of Black, Asian and ethnically diverse women that lead and work in the UK, U.S, and the Middle East.

Over 50 key media were in attendance for this essential event. 

The campaign itself produced some in-depth and wide-ranging coverage for the report and the issues that it highlights.

Notable opinion pieces were subsequently produced for BBC Radio 4, Financial Times, and Grazia magazine.
